"Glad we're on the same page. I wonder how you will show how grateful you are for me..." she put her hand out and ruffled Emmett's hair. Of course she was talking about sex. She was Caylee! That's what she meant by the whole, someone occupying me statement.

Ruffling his hair made him red. Or maybe it was what she was saying that was doing it. Yes that could be very possible too. "I'm sure you'll think of something for me." Just by her saying this gave away to him that she most likely already had.

"What was that, Emmie?" Caylee cupped her ear towards him. "You say that you want to make out with me to show me that you're grateful?" With that, she gently rolled on top of him, sending him on his back as slowly as she could. "If you say so, Emmie."

She was gentle and that was all he could ask for. He really wasn't surprised by this at all even though he was more red in the face now. When he was on his back he looked up at her and just stared. Not really gapping or anything he was looking at her with a closed smirk and knitted brows. Sort of like. Okay now what?

Caylee was kinda put out that her usual tatics didn't pull out anything but a look ffrom Emmie. She pout as she laid on him, her chin balanced in the middle of his chest. "You seem so out of it today, Emmie," she told him bluntly. "Are you feeling okay?" first he wanted to sleep and now...this. She wasn't so sure.

Now his gaze melted and he stared at her questionably, his mouth hung open slightly. "Wh- n-nothing... I thought we were gonna...uh..." He tucked his elbows behind him to prop him up only slightly. And of course in his usual Emmett nature he turned everything around. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine," Caylee said matter-of-factly. One of her arms wrapped around Emmett to pull him back down and tighter to her body. She gave him a light kiss, so she could say that they "made out," but still wanted to question him about his behavior. "I dunno, though. You actually went to sleep. Wanted to stay asleep. That's not like you at all. And right now you just kinda sound... still asleep. Do you want to go back to bed?"

He patiently listened to her and said nothing or moved. Not until he moved him and then a kiss. He kissed backed lightly. He rested on his back like she'd put him and when she spoke again he wasn't surprised then either because he had a feeling she'd keep going on about him as she always did. He shook his head simply and casually he answered her, "No." not stern, but light of tone.

"Then what's the matter?" Caylee was not so oblivious that she wouldn't notice when something was wrong. She had noticed something when she had walked into his room to study with him today. She couldn't quite put her finger on it and still couldn't. Now it was starting to bother her. She kissed him again, easily since Emmett was now directly under her, this time a bit longer, as if to coax the answer out of him via mouth-to-mouth.

Asking her and then following how she did, she gave him a perfect excuse not to talk. He didn't want to talk about it. It was the last thing he wanted to think about, and he wanted it to just disappear. That wasn't going to happen by ignoring it - not that it was something that could just go away. But he wanted it to more than anything - just as much as he wanted this topic to leave Caylee's mind. So he didn't mind the lingering kiss as he didn't want it to end so she would ask him once more.

Emmett knew Caylee. She had a one-track mind. And until she got her answer, she was not going to be slowing down anytime soon. ... And neither was Emmett by the looks of it. He really must not want to talk to her because this kiss was getting more and more deep. Ah well. She could keep kissing him, she supposed. He had to run out of oxygen sometime.
Her arms were wrapped around his body and her shoulders were hunched up slightly as she got more leveled on top of him. Go ahead, Emmett. Kiss away. Caylee was still planning to strike as soon as it was over.

They couldn't go on forever. She was right, it had to stop eventually. And they did, Emmett did anyway. He let his head relax back against the edge of the pillow, since he wasn't exactly at the head of the bed but a little lower. He said nothing. It's not like he had to. Any second she was going to shake it out of him and he didn't have the energy to fight her on it. Or did he? Maybe he didn't have to tell her right now. Maybe there was a chance she'd get tired of his clueless act and just give up. Huh? Huh?

....Nope.
Caylee pulled herself a little higher, propped up by her elbows of either side of his head. She brought a hand up to push back her hair behind her ears. Emmett was getting tired of her and her game, she knew that. But she didn't like having things kept from her. Especially from Emmett. Come on. Emmett and her shared everything. Now he wasn't telling her something, obviously. "What aren't you telling me, Em?" she questioned him quietly, in almost a whisper.

He was tired. Of many things. "That my whole life is meaningless and there's no justice in this world and I most have done something totally wrong in another life for this life to suck so fuckin badly."

Caylee rolled her eyes slightly. Even though she didn't quite know what was going on with Emmett, she was sure that he was being overdramatic yet again. He was so lucky that Caylee wasn't a harsh person with him. She could totally throw out the whole, my father killed himself and my mom didn't want me so I had to go to foster home after foster home until I found you and now I might have to leave you because your parents are getting a divorce card. Buuut she didn't. So she just rolled her eyes.
"Yes Emmett. Why didn't I think of that before. Of course that's what's wrong. You know, never mind the fact that you get to go to a prestigious boarding school so you can do what you love. And that you have a best friend AND girlfriend that loves you more than anything. And that you have so much talent in you and that you're just the sweetest kid ever. Now what are you really talking about?"
