"I 'unno..." she muttered back. "I don't think so. God damn... attractions..." Caylee was feeling a bit cold, so she moved her arms up on his body and pulled him closer.

He was staring off into space again since TLM still didn't seem to be starting. He didn't remember the previews being this long.
When he'd slowly came out of his nap he saw the Triton daughters singing their names and harmionies until everyone gasped to the top empty shell that was short on redheaded teenager. He glanced up at Caylee to see if she was awake or if she too had dazed off. "May...?" he called to her ever so softly.

"Mmm..." was her answer. Her face was buried into the back of his neck, her lips gently touching and moving in her state of semi-consciousness. "'Mmie..."

Emmett shivered and kept looking up at her, thinking she really must have been close to out of it. He adjusted, his arm a bit numb, and did his best not to move or bump her. If she was getting some early sleep he didn't want to be responsible for cutting it short, or for it to be cut short at all. He started thinking about the text he was suppose to be sending her right now. Though he couldn't even if he wanted to, his phone being back on ground level. This made him glance down and immediatly back up at the television. He smirked at Flounder, forgetting about the his position, feet above the floor quickly.

As Caylee drifted off to sleep, she yawned, her arms unwrapping from Emmett and stretching above her head. As they came down, she rolled over onto her side, curling up away from Emmett. Her brow were furrowed as she slept, her lips pouted slightly. As she tried to find a comfortable spot on the somewhat foreign bed, she rolled over again towards Emmett.

Bitting his lip he turned over onto his back now that they both had enough space to do as they pleased without disturbing the other. His head fell to his left, looking over at her witout a word.
Once Emmett had reached the floor his socked toes gripped at the carpet for a moment before he turned and went to where their phones were plugged in the wall. He couldn't help but see that she already had one new message. Of course he was curious, but he took his own phone in his hands, not daring to read her messages. He'd get caught anyway. Not that he'd be able to lie to her about it but, still. He opened up a new message and his thumbs ran over the top of each button. Where to start... He looked up at Caylee, who was still up in her top bunk wondering if she was still stirring.

Caylee had turned over on her back with the absence of Emmett, but she didn't awake. Her mouth was open slightly and her arms went over her eyes as she shifted again. Unknowing to Emmett, her other hand was gripping at the now empty sheets, and her open mouth was furrowing to a frown. She mewed quietly, troubled with the absence of Emmett.

I ...A letter. Technically you could say he had a whole word- what an improvement over the last two minutes! Ursula's laugh made Emmett jump and he turned to see two glowing eyes from Jasper and Hor- wait, wait... Pain and Panic...? No... Jetsam and Floatsam! He smirked at the childhood eel friends, but it was lost when he came back to his equally shining screen. I d ...He was getting...somewhere very slowly. Or nowhere very quickly. He backspaced. MJ I wa he paused before going on and quickly finished up. It wasn't long, but wasn't short. Less than the 160 character limit, which didn't matter to them anyway because of their matching phone services. He snapped his phone closed and dropped it to the ground.

Caylee's eyes blinked open as she continued to feel that Emmett was no longer beside her. She slowly got up in bed, blinking around, and adopting the voice of a small child, the voice she only got when she was alone and sleepy. "...Emmie? Where are you? ...Did you leave me?"

"Here! I-!" he shot up, quickly responding to her calls. "I'm here..." becoming softer, he turned his phone over so the light shined to the floor. His hands infront of him on the floor to help him stand, Emmett came to the ladder and climbed to get back in bed. His foot slipped easily and he hugged the wood holding in any helpless sounds or surprised yelps. After a moment of adjusting he crawled up onto the mattress and came back into his spot. He sat up with her his legs folded sidewise between the two. "Sorry..."

"It's okay," she murmured quietly. Caylee didn't like leaving Emmett when he was sleeping, but most of the time she had no choice. And just like Emmett, she hated waking up alone when she had fallen asleep with someone. Abandonment issues.
She laid back down slowly, tugging on Emmett's sleeve to lay back down with her.

He did as he was beckoned and laid on his back, unnaturally for a sleeping positon. For him anyway. A long sigh as he stared at the ceiling. He glanced to her but then quickly back at the television. He didn't even know why. It felt like he had meant to look one way but his head fell another. He watched Sabastian betch on the screen and become uninterested. "One two three..." he whispered the chant quietly, "Owls are in the tree..."

She gave a small moan of comfort as she adjusted next to him, one of her hands grasping at his shirt and the other under her cheek as her head rested on his chest. His words were like velvet to her ears, in her state of almost-unconsciousness. Her eyes drooped and her breathing slowed to a peaceful rhythm.

"Four...five six..." he sighed and glanced down at her. Now he definitely couldn't adjust and he wasn't a fan of falling asleep on his back. If it meant Caylee was comfortable thing it wouldn't even cross his mind again. Not because he felt like he owed it to her, for everything not just now, but because it was the least he could do. Besides that he wouldn't be able to ask her to move if he wanted to. He tried to steady his breathing so not to disturb her. "...Foxes in the sticks."

And Emmett's voice was the last thing she heard as she drifted off to sleep. Her head was buried deep into his chest, her body snuggled up against his. She felt as if she was in heaven. And it was, kinda. Her own personal heaven in the form of her bunk. Nothing to worry about until the morning. Perfect.
