"Yii!" Emmett jumped and thrusted forward feeling her hand reaching in and it wasn't the best feeling.
"Hey- no, come on! Be fair about this!" He held onto the wrist of her hand reaching behind him and the other wrist with his wallet in his left hand, holding them both in place as they struggled.
"I'll just transfor money into your savings when we get back anyway!"

He let go of her right arm trying to back a quick reach for his own wallet, swatting the air for it. At the same time he reached into his pocket trying to pry her off of her own wallet, while trying not to hurt her. His body was still arched forward sucking in, trying to limit contact from her hand to his ass.

Caylee quickly got his forearms into grips, and if she twisted them ever so slightly, pain would shoot up Emmett's arms. "Emmie. I don't want to hurt you. Drop the wallets, and you'll get away with your arms attached."

He flenched and winced from her threats, pulling his head back. His eyes didn't leave hers long enough to even blink. She couldn't be serious though. There was no way she'd so much as pull on her skin.

Emmett pulled in his arms slowly, letting go of her as he did. Leaving her with both wallets in hand, he held her left wrist gently pulling it and the wallet from his pocket.
"As long as you promise to never ass grab me again." as if he were in a position to negotiate. He stood aside again to let her walk ahead of him to the square of cash registers in the middle of the store. Even if she did agree to his 'terms' they would probably never last.

She put the clothes on the counter, and grabbed a spiked bracelet from the bowl on the edge and tossed it into the pile, hoping that Emmett didn't notice.

'Crystal' gave them both a small greeting as she scanned in the items, and Emmett smiled back at her shyly with no exchange of words. He sighed and stood behind Cay, lingering to the left a bit. His arms were behind his back while his right hand wrang the wrist of his left and he chewed on his lip glancing at the back of MJ's head. He would give her back side a little tap right then if it wouldn't have been the most completely awkward thing he'd probably ever done with her.

The total came to be $46.93, and Caylee opened her wallet and gave Crystal her credit card. She scanned it in, and gave Caylee the receipt to sign. Caylee signed her name with the usual flourish as the attendant bagged the items and gave them to her. Caylee smiled with a thank you, and looked to Emmett, ready to go.

Emmett gave his best friend a rare hug of a thank you, this time from behind her instead of the other way around.
"You are some kind of wonderful." he told her softly, attatching himself to her for just a moment as they took a few steps to leave the store. That was his usual, but not commonly used, term for her when she did do something amazing for him. He'd made sure he didn't see the price, so he'd have no problems sleeping tonight. Not more than normal anyway.
